About The Role…

As our Head of Marketing, you'll lead the marketing strategy to accelerate growth, positioning x-hoppers as the go-to solution for mid-market and enterprise retailers across the UK and North America. Your expertise in B2B SaaS and deep understanding of the retail industry will drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue impact, directly supporting our ambitious revenue goal.


What You Will Do…

Strategy

  • Tailor marketing plans to target MM & ENT prospects in the USA and UK, reflecting regional preferences and market dynamics.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned to business objectives, specifically targeting retail companies and driving ARR and Revenue for the company
  • Collaborate closely with the CRO to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals

Demand Generation

  • Build, manage, and optimize a scalable lead generation engine delivering 4-digit MQLs annually.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting retail sector IT managers, Operations leaders, and Loss Prevention executives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the existing marketing team, including coordinators, managers, and specialists.
  • Coordinate shared marketing resources from Wildix, our parent company, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Align closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives support cross-functional goals.

Brand & PR

  • Establish and elevate the company's brand identity, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, emphasizing x-hoppers' unique value in retail technology.
  • Oversee PR and content strategy, elevating market perception and thought leadership.

Analytics & Performance

  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve key business goals
  • Implement robust performance metrics, monitoring and reporting marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decisions

What You Will Bring…
