Interface is seeking a talented Franchise Development Executive to join our highly motivated Franchise Sales Team. This individual will propose, close, and support the sale of Managed Network, Alarm, CCTV, and Interactive Security solutions to our existing franchise base. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and extremely revenue driven.

Responsibilities
Call on franchisees utilizing our brand focused scripts to sell solution packages. Identify whitespace to sell additional products to franchisees in the QSR, Retail, and Hospitality markets.
Work in conjunction with the Franchise BDR team to target franchisees to increase adoption rates within assigned brand accounts.
Deepen relationships with existing Franchise brands to understand the stakeholders, their business goals, technology solutions and how to align Interface’s solutions to their strategic initiatives.
Tell the Interface “story” and be a credible market expert that franchisees look to for guidance throughout the sales process.
Negotiate effectively with Customers.
Follow the Interface Sales Process.
Utilize technology platforms provided to the Sales Team as outlined by the Franchise Development Sales Leadership including managing pipeline and sales activities using the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM).
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Sales Experience: Preferably Industry (Experience Selling: Managed Network, Alarm and CCTV)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Entrepreneurial, High-Volume Sales Professional
Strong and successful outside sales experience
Internally motivated, highly productive
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills: both written and oral. Must be an expert in “story-telling” in the sales process to convey expertise.
Ability to work independently
Some travel required
