THE POSITION  

 We’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Development Manager (PDR) who thrives on building meaningful relationships and uncovering new opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy—sourcing, nurturing, and converting partnerships that align with our mission and drive real resultsFor smaller partnerships they will go for speed to discuss terms, and close contracts and may also help with implementationFor larger more complex opportunities they will bring in the head of partnerships to assist.    

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Identify and research high-potential partners  

  • Conduct thoughtful outbound outreach via email, text, and LinkedIn

  • Discover decision-makers and understand their priorities 

  • Make authentic first contact to explore mutual value  

  • Uncover partner pain points and align solutions 

  • Build trust from the first conversation 

  • Evaluate if leads are a strong fit for long-term success  

  • Prioritize high-quality opportunities 

  • Keep our CRM clean, up-to-date, and full of promising leads 

  • Own your pipeline and drive it forward with precision

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • 3-12 years experience  

  • Min of 2 years at one company where they have had a similar role.  

  • Has used a minimum of 2 CRM solutions  

  • Fluent in English  

  • Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft office  

  • Experience selling or partnering with internet services, software, home services, and financial Services 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements
