Project Overview:

Join a fast-moving product team working on a mature, business-critical B2B platform used by enterprise customers worldwide - and now ready for a complete technology overhaul.

This role is for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can comfortably operate across both legacy and modern stacks. You’ll play a key role in rebuilding the platform from the ground up using modern technologies while keeping the existing PHP-based system stable during the transition.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement the frontend architecture using TypeScript and React.
Build and maintain scalable backend services with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Maintain and extend the legacy PHP codebase during the migration.
Collaborate closely with the team to shape UX/UI and technical direction of the new platform.
Contribute to DevOps efforts (AWS-based) to ensure a reliable deployment pipeline.
Take ownership of tasks across the full development lifecycle.
Work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment.

Requirements:

Min. 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Ability to maintain and refactor legacy systems (PHP knowledge is a plus).
Solid understanding of scalable architecture and cloud-based environments (AWS).
Experience designing UX/UI from the ground up.
Ability to work independently on a complex codebase and make tech decisions.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic mindset.
Fluent in Polish, with at least B2+ level of English.
