Job Purpose: 
 

This position drives the identification and implementation of Customer Operations and Preplanning Solutions improvement opportunities to help achieve its long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact and visible initiatives across Customer Operations and Preplanning Solutions and solves complex problems by identifying innovative solutions. Uses and coaches the agile methodology.  Interprets business issues and recommends best practices to leaders.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively and independently lead and develop an effective approach to identify and drive improvements related to Operations process, systems and system enhancements; including defining system-generated metrics and reporting functionality/capability
  • Drive innovation by acquiring and applying new techniques/tools
  • Provide senior lead updates regarding deployment progress, results, and feedback regarding improvement work
  • Effectively work with Leadership, Business Sponsors, Business Owners, and cross-functional partners
  • Oversee the agile process and surface day-to-day impediments to facilitate progress
  • Facilitate change management; lead educational and/or mentoring sessions regarding process or system design changes.
  • Serve as the functional lead through internal audit review process

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Proven leadership skills; ability to set direction and approach
  • Demonstrated use of strategic, systems, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Results-oriented; proven track record in delivering results
  • Ability to determine the root cause of performance within systems and processes
  • Demonstrated team-building and coaching skills; proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of stakeholders and to mobilize and motivate teams
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple, complex priorities
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with clarity; both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to, negotiate with, and influence senior business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks proactively and resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate
  • Proven experience with successful identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Ability to understand and navigate the organizational dynamics and company culture
  • Agile experience preferred

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$102,200.00 - $153,300.00
