Okta Administrator at HW.Tech

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in Okta to support and enhance our identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure. This role involves hands-on configuration and maintenance of Okta systems, along with leading integration and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentication workflows, security protocols, and project delivery in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Okta IAM solutions across the organization

• Develop and support Okta workflows, automation, and integration with internal systems and third-party applications

• Lead and deliver IAM projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication are effectively managed

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold policy standards and ensure alignment with industry best practices

• Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management

• Provide expert guidance on Okta configurations, integrations, and security-focused automation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience administering and implementing Okta in complex environments

• Proficient in Okta Workflows, SSO, MFA, and API-based integrations

• Strong project coordination skills, particularly in IAM and security initiatives

• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and SCIM

• Background in enterprise IT infrastructure and identity solutions

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and drive solutions forward
