Job description

Job Title:
Senior Account Manager- Healthcare

Summary:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for executing a regional sales strategy for the Healthcare Segment in the AMRS region. Maintain and grow existing customer base while identifying new customer & OEM accounts to drive future profitable growth by executing on new project/business closes.

Responsibilities Include:
  • The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for executing regional sales for the Healthcare business.  Key responsibilities/expectations for this role will include:
  • Global key account management for strategic healthcare customers/OEMs and setting the global account strategy while directing global account activities.  Fostering strong partnerships with account managers across different regions to drive growth.
  • Executing on appropriate sales strategies and tactics to win in the healthcare market with targeted products. These products include: elastomers, RTVs, specialty fluids, and PSAs.
  • Identify new accounts/new OEMs / grow & close new business.
  • Driving growth at or above AOP target levels.
  • Drive Forecast Accuracy to ensure better planning and drive inventory control.
  • Work closely in conjunction with Product Management, Supply Chain & Marketing Teams to drive results via target product focus / NPI’s / strategic OEMs, and customers.
  • Effectively collecting market intelligence and feeding it back into Segment & Business leadership to drive strategic growth / price initiatives.
  • Utilize SalesForce.com CRM platform: Visit reports, contacts, market Intelligence and other key data to be recorded.
  • Domestic travel up to 50%
  • To be successful, this role will work closely with the Regional Commercial Leader and the Global Marketing Director. Strong ability to work in matrix organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years account management / business development experience.
  • Strong cross-functional skills with ability to foster teamwork and drive accountability / results throughout the organization.
  • Self-directed and able to make difficult decisions quickly given the information/data available.
  • Problem solver who can understand the details. Must be able to identify and bring to a resolution complex business situation.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies generating positive results.
  • Working knowledge of Industrial market trends, customers, and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is needed
  • High-energy, self-motivated.
  • Team player
  • Bachelors degree

Base Pay Range: $115,000 - $168,850

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
