Key responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of the Reefer Control Tower to ensure efficient management of refrigerated cargo.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and shipping lines, to optimize logistics processes.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve service delivery.

Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
