Job description

The Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee the execution and operational efficiency of our corporate learning programs. You will ensure that all learning initiatives are well-structured, planned, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will support the central learning & development team by coordinating with stakeholders across the People team and the wider business to ensure operational alignment, resource availability, and transparent feedback are all in harmony. You will also be instrumental in leveraging data insights to enhance learning effectiveness, drive employee growth, and align L&D initiatives with business objectives. As an ideal candidate will have a robust background in learning analytics, stakeholder engagement, program management, and instructional design, with a proven track record in using data to inform strategic decisions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Learning Program Management 

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with L&D team members and business leaders to ensure learning solutions meet organizational/team/individual needs
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure continually effective alignment
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, using feedback and analytics to refine programs and drive innovation 

Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Develop and maintain learning analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
  • Use data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights and track progress against organizational learning objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform program design
