Job Title: Brand & Marketing Manager

Contractor Fee: $2,000 - $2,500 / month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role:

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The right candidate is passionate about creating compelling brand stories, driving lead generation campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will manage the creation of digital content, oversee marketing initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to elevate the brand’s presence in the marketplace. Success in this role means delivering high-impact campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating effectively across multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across digital channels (email, social media, website).
  • Oversee content creation for email campaigns, web content, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand creative content.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing calendars for lead generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics (open rates, engagement, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing for email and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and feedback.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, design, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables are on time and meet high standards.
  • Communicate proactively with the U.S. team to provide insights, progress updates, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on creative or brand content.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with email marketing and paid digital ads.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or eCommerce is a bonus but not required.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
