Role Overview:
This role  supports outreach, marketing, and administrative efforts for a custom residential and commercial glass company. Responsibilities include prospecting potential partners, managing social media content, and organizing communication and CRM records to drive growth and brand visibility. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with experience in outbound sales support and basic digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Support:
    • Conduct prospecting and outreach to potential business partners (contractors, builders, remodelers)
    • Perform cold calling and follow-ups with warm contacts from an existing database 
    • Maintain contact and build awareness to stay top-of-mind with potential repeat customers
  • Marketing & Social Media:
    • Post before-and-after project photos and videos on social media platforms
    • Create simple reels using provided templates and content
    • Assist with content organization and scheduling

  • Administrative Support:
    • Help coordinate and route incoming leads or requests to the sales/operations team
    • Maintain organized communication records and assist with CRM hygiene (HubSpot)

Requirements

  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, or outbound sales support
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Social media marketing experience (basic content creation and posting)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow templates and maintain consistent workflows
  • Highly organized and self-motivated

Nice to Have (but not required):
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Experience working in construction, home services, or trades industries

  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
