At isEazy, a leading tech company in the development of e-learning software for businesses, we are looking to expand our Sales Team with a Key Account Manager focused on the Retail sector and based in Brazil, to support the continued growth and development of our project in Spain.






With over 20 years of experience, more than 10 million users, and 100,000 implemented projects in over 50 countries, we are seeking someone with EXPERIENCE and AMBITION who wants to be part of a successful and fast-growing international project.




RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead and develop isEazy’s sales strategy by identifying the main players in the retail sector, as well as the key decision-makers.


Prospect, attract, and present tailored solutions. Position the brand — and yourself — as a distinctive and trusted provider; become recognized and make isEazy recognizable to clients.


Develop growth opportunities based on stable and long-term relationships with clients, with the goal of identifying their needs and delivering top-quality service.


Generate the necessary sales volume to sustain the business line in its initial phase and strengthen it in a second phase. Negotiate agreements.


Build loyalty among existing clients through specific commercial actions aimed at meeting their needs and increasing revenue.




REQUIREMENTS


3+ years of experience in sales or business development in e-learning or digital industries, with a strong focus on B2B Retail.


Market research and competitive analysis skills. Experience as an account executive with an understanding of the industry and isEazy's products to provide real value to the client.


Knowledge of e-learning tools, technologies, and industry standards.


Advanced user-level computer skills, social media, and CRM tools.


Experience in consultative sales. Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and with medium to long sales cycles. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and active listening at all stages of the process.


Results-oriented mindset with strong planning, organization, task prioritization skills, and self-motivation to work independently.
