Job description

As our marketing team continues to evolve, we’re looking for a team-oriented Online Advertising Specialist to support our ongoing paid media efforts. If you have some hands-on PPC experience and enjoy working with others to drive results, learn new skills, and tackle challenges together, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced performance marketers to help execute, monitor, and improve paid advertising campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, dive into data, and gain exposure to advanced PPC practices—all while being supported by a collaborative team structure.

You’ll collaborate on:

  • Assisting with the setup and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.)

  • Managing and refining our product feed for Google Shopping

  • Conducting keyword research and analyzing competitor strategies

  • Supporting A/B testing of ad creatives and copy

  • Compiling campaign performance reports and contributing to insights

  • Coordinating with content, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging

  • Learning and staying current with advertising trends and platform updates
