We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on team member to manage and execute our marketing and communication strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with one of the founding partners of Ananda, the pioneer in impact investing in Europe, and to shape the narrative of social and environmental impact across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications within the tech startup ecosystem, coupled with a passion for driving positive change and amplifying Ananda's brand presence.

Responsibilities:
Align and collaborate closely with the investment team to stay informed about the latest portfolio developments and pipeline activities.
Prepare and publish timely articles and social media posts about portfolio company milestones, news, and achievements, ensuring appropriate and strategic distribution.
Produce high-quality content for various channels, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, press releases, and newsletters.
Support Ananda’s fundraising activities by preparing compelling presentations, investor updates, and marketing materials that communicate the fund’s activities, impact and performance.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with Ananda's mission and objectives.
Manage and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Initiate, organise and promote events such as webinars, participation in relevant panel discussions
