Key responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support.
