Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Seller Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon Seller Central account, driving sales performance, optimizing listings, and executing strategic initiatives to increase visibility and revenue. This is a fully remote position based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve rankings, and grow market share.
  • Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure positive buyer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on sales, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Implement PPC campaigns and manage advertising budgets on Amazon.
  • Stay current on Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, FBA/FBM, and A+ Content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or SellerBoard.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs and product categories.
  • Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, etc.).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional but preferred).
