What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software. As a critical member of our product team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement seamless integrations between our shipping and logistics software and third-party applications. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technical skills, a strong understanding of shipping and logistics, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Develop and perform technical integrations between logistic, ERPs and third party APIs platforms following established protocols.
Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate third-party applications within our system, ensuring a seamless flow of data.
Translate third-party system mappings into our integration tools to support real-time data exchange.
Act as a liaison between internal teams (such as QA, developers, onboarding) and external partners, to guarantee functional delivery aligned with business goals.
Administer integration tickets using Jira or other tools, to ensure technical clarity and SLA achievement.
Elaborate effort estimations and tasks prioritization in autonomous way.
Document processes, decision, and technical configurations with clarity.
Become a subject matter expert on our product and the logistics industry over time.
Take a long-term view of the product, guiding short-term efforts to align with business goals.
Work with Product Owners and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products on time and successfully.
Break down business requirements into functional requirements as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

Advanced technical troubleshooting skills via email with external partners.
Advanced proficiency with SQL.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Postman.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for API integrations.
Experience with unit and integration testing
