Job Description: Executive Assistant

Company: Vyssor Group
Location: Remote - HQ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Salary Range: $1300-$1900

About You:


You are a proactive, highly organized individual with experience as an Executive assistant and/or Personal Assistant . You thrive in fast-moving settings and have a knack for managing multiple tasks seamlessly across different business areas. You are detail-oriented, capable of anticipating needs, and possess strong judgment and decision-making skills. You are a social, energetic professional who can work closely with our founder and serial entrepreneur, Joris Slomp, and maintain a positive work environment.

About the role:

This is a full-time and independent contractor position, open for candidates based anywhere in the Balkans/Eastern Europe, who can work during UAE business hours and are available for emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar and Task Management:
    • Manage calendars, reminders, and follow-ups efficiently.

    • Update and maintain internal spreadsheets and documents.

  2. Communication and Coordination:
    • Track team progress, flagging potential issues proactively.

    • Handle daily administrative duties, including summaries and reminders.

  3. Task Ownership and Anticipation:
    • Anticipate needs to free up time for leadership.

    • Proactively identify necessary tasks before being directed.

  4. Operational Support and Improvement:
    • Manage follow-ups and ensure accurate, timely completion of tasks.

    • Bring structure to daily operations and suggest process improvements.

  5. Flexible and Independent Work:
    • Quickly switch between different tasks and set priorities independently.

    • Maintain accuracy under pressure or tight deadlines.

  6. Administrative and Bookkeeping:
    • Assist in administrative and bookkeeping tasks for Vyssor and affiliated companies.

    • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial and operational records.

Success in 12 Months:

  • You independently manage the majority of recurring tasks.

  • You are a reliable pillar in our CEO’s businesses.

  • You consistently keep calendars and systems organized.

  • You anticipate tasks and manage communications effectively.

  • You are trusted to represent the CEO in various communications.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.

  • Fluent in English.

  • “Get things done” mentality, with a no-drama attitude.

  • “Informal” leader who can manage herself and others when needed.

  • Skillful in project management, judgment, problem-solving, and initiative.
