Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with 1st line support to escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and knowledge base.
