Our clients are digital-first companies and SaaS scaleups, typically with 30–120 employees, operating in industries like B2B tools, productivity, fintech, and others.
These are cross-functional organizations with projects running between product, marketing, customer success, and operations — and they need reliable coordinators who can track progress, support communication, and get things done.
Most clients are remote-first, having hubs across bigger cities in Europe, but operate fully within CET ±3h (flexibility depends on the role).
🎯 What You’ll Typically Do
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll work closely with senior managers or team leads to run internal programs and projects from planning to follow-up.
Common tools: Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, Confluence
