Job Summary: A Finance Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day functions of our company's overall operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, Operations, and Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR systems, databases, and payroll processing. (ADP)
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Handle month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Participate in all sales and recruiting operation activities
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and operational analysis
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Oversee HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Develop and implement HR best practices to improve efficiency.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Work with leadership to develop career progression plans.
Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Supervise relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and HR technology partners.
Provide insights into strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Human Resources or related field (Required)
Experience with ADP Payroll, AP, AR, and month-end closing
Strong understanding of Financial and Human Resource Operations
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Remote Position with On Site Quarterly Meetings in the NY/NJ Metro Area
