𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Partner Relationship Management: Own and manage a portfolio of Leverage Edu Partners in your region, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Support new partners through a comprehensive onboarding process, including training on Leverage Edu’s products, workflows, and AI tools such as Student Ops 360.
Sales Growth & Revenue Management: Drive student acquisition and revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution with partners.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track partner performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize their success journey.
Regional Market Expansion: Identify and onboard high-potential partners to further expand Leverage Edu’s presence and impact in your territory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across Product, Ops, and Marketing to deliver a consistent and top-tier partner experience.

A graduate/MBA degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales; experience in ed-tech or channel sales is a plus.
A deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a strong local network is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
