Key Responsibilities:
Audit and secure blockchain protocols, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Identify vulnerabilities in Layer 1 (L1) architecture and provide actionable recommendations.
Conduct threat modeling and security assessments for core blockchain infrastructure.
Collaborate with protocol developers to design and implement robust security measures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in blockchain security.
Develop security tools and frameworks to enhance the security posture of blockchain ecosystems.
Perform penetration testing and security analysis on smart contracts and blockchain networks.
Contribute to security research and share insights within the blockchain community.
Ideal Candidate:
Extensive expertise in blockchain security, smart contract auditing, and L1 protocol security.
Proficiency in Solidity, Go, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of cryptographic primitives, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architectures.
Experience with security tools and frameworks for blockchain ecosystems.
Ability to analyze complex security threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.
