The focus of the Klick Strategy team is defining how, when, and where a pharmaceutical brand should interact with its target audiences to drive effective customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. We advise our clients on key elements of their go-to-market strategy, including: audience targeting, channel mix, marketing ecosystem design, and performance measurement & optimization. We see this as a team sport, so we frequently orchestrate the involvement of a broad range of in-house subject matter experts and crafts to maximize business results for our clients.

Responsibilities:Develop and lead go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for leading Consumer Healthcare and pharma brands in South KoreaMine insights using both traditional market research (e.g., qualitative interviews, secondary data) and social/digital analytics across platforms like KakaoTalk, Naver, and DaumTranslate insights into actionable strategies to inform brand positioning, content development, and omnichannel campaignsDesign and implement digital and omnichannel strategies across paid, owned, and earned channelsCollaborate closely with the local Client Services partner to ensure alignment with client objectives and local executionPartner with the APAC Regional Strategy Lead and broader regional strategy team to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignmentPrepare POVs and thought leadership on South Korean healthcare market trends, digital engagement, and patient/physician behaviorSupport new business pitches and organic growth by contributing strategy and insightsOperate independently in-market as a team of one, managing day-to-day priorities, client relationships, and strategic deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector and agency settings.Demonstrated experience in both traditional research methodologies and social/digital data analysis to derive actionable insights.Proven ability to build and execute omnichannel marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and content ecosystems.Deep familiarity with South Korean platforms (e.g., KakaoTalk, Naver, Daum) and their application for insight generation and campaign execution.Strong collaboration skills with experience working across functions and geographies, especially with regional strategy teams.Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction; highly organized, proactive, and accountable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.Strong understanding of the South Korean healthcare environment, regulatory context, and audience behavior.
