Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, you will be part of an amazing multi-cultural team and develop close and collaborative interaction with HRBPs, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Business & Support functions, providing subject matter expertise on process, policy, and best practice.

Job Requirements

This role allows you to demonstrate your experience in all elements of Total Rewards on a global basis and encompasses annual review processes, job evaluation, benchmarking, policy development, performance management, benefits strategy and administration, Global Mobility and Executive Compensation. Effective communication style is essential in order to advise leaders and employees on Total Rewards philosophy and programs, including the drafting of targeted training and communication materials to ensure employees understand the value of their total package, including commission and equity plans. Project management experience is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team for assigned region/functions
  • Participate in the on-going development, implementation, and administration of pay programs
  • Participate in salary survey submissions
  • Produce Total Rewards dashboard and cost analysis across the organization
  • Lead or participate in annual salary review process, off-cycle exercises, promotion windows and bonus administration
  • Partner with HRBPs for ongoing activities such as job leveling, salary adjustments, promotions etc.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices
  • Support Talent Acquisition team in developing competitive compensation offers as needed
  • Lead or participate in Job Evaluation and benchmarking activities
  • Contribute to the evolution of Sales incentive design
  • Point of contact for global mobility program
  • Participate in the development of a performance management culture

  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive global experience in sales and non-sales compensation programs
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed, multi-cultural, rapid growth environments
  • Quantitative and data-driven — able to draw insights from data while making strong intuitive decisions when data is imperfect or partially attainable
  • Ability to explain complex programs/ideas in easy-to-understand terms is a must have
  • Passion and patience to drive mindset change from Comp & Ben to Total Rewards
  • Good working knowledge of HCM systems, Workday a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel
  • Post-acquisition integration experience is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Please note, this is not a “back office” position
  • A positive, collaborative, and can-do attitude is essential
  • Having a sense of humor is a huge plus!
