Job description

 GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced production Video Editors! This role revolves in creating 8-10 short-form videos daily.

The Role:

  • Design and edit short-form video content for paid ads (primarily Meta), social media, email, landing pages, and other channels
  • Copy the format of the sample videos provided (inspiration)
  • Build engaging ad creatives based on weekly concepts discussed in Creative Calls
  • Execute key messages for each ad task, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
  • Edit existing creative: crop, resize, recut, add text overlays, transitions, etc.
  • Develop GIFs and motion content to support digital marketing efforts
  • Maintain brand consistency and a strong eye for detail during fast-paced editing cycles
  • Review performance data and contribute to creative iteration and optimization
  • Volume: 50-70 ads weekly (15 seconds to 1 minute video)
  • Project management platform: Google Slides, Video drive: Air

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of video editing experience creating short-form videos for social media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of pacing, motion, and storytelling
  • Has to have a strong attention to detail 
  • With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to working on a US time zone (EST)
  • Comfortable using a time-tracker tool during the shift (Hubstaff for productivity tracking and payroll purposes)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
  • Some experience in D2C/e-commerce brands or performance marketing

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
