As a Country Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. What the Country Manager will do:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline.

Experience and skills the Country Manager candidate can bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
