As we expand our US footprint, we're on the lookout for an experienced and driven US IT Recruiter based in India to join our dynamic team during US business hours.

Requirements

Source and recruit IT professionals across the US using platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical fit, availability, compensation, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate with US-based sales and delivery teams to fulfill contract and full-time job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including scheduling, client interaction, and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
