Requirements
Source and recruit IT professionals across the US using platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical fit, availability, compensation, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate with US-based sales and delivery teams to fulfill contract and full-time job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including scheduling, client interaction, and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience hiring for roles in Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise tech.
