Responsibilities
  • Drive client success through comprehensive administrative support and mailbox management across multiple accounts
  • Manage and optimize coaching client operations through Kajabi platform
    • Execute client onboarding processes with attention to detail
    • Coordinate and schedule coaching sessions efficiently
    • Support course development and maintenance
    • Create and maintain simple landing pages
  • Support property development project coordination
    • Track project milestones and deadlines
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
    • Ensure smooth process implementation across multiple projects
  • Provide high-level administrative support using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems to ensure optimal workflow efficiency
  • Proactively identify and address administrative challenges before they arise
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with or demonstrated ability to quickly master Kajabi platform
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work UK business hours (afternoon/evening Philippines time)
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and working independently
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience in property development or coaching industries is a plus
