In this role, you’ll craft compelling short-form videos that capture attention within seconds while delivering powerful messages of hope, growth, and personal transformation. Working directly with our content creator and social media team, you’ll help shape content that reaches struggling individuals and provides them with the inspiration they need to make positive changes in their lives. Responsibilities

Create engaging 30-second video content optimized for Instagram reels and social media platforms
Transform raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos that capture viewers within the first 3-4 seconds
Edit and produce 3-5 high-impact videos per week
Collaborate with the social media manager to align content with overall strategy
Select and incorporate compelling visuals from our media library
Apply creative transitions, effects, and editing techniques to maximize engagement
Maintain clear communication through WhatsApp for feedback and revisions
Meet content deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements
