We are looking for a talented Video Editor who is passionate about gaming and understands the fast-paced world of gaming content. This role requires creativity, speed, and precision, along with a strong grasp of current gaming trends, especially in the RPG/MMO genre. You’ll be working closely with our creative and editorial teams to turn raw recordings into polished, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels/Shorts) using raw gameplay, VO, and green screen footage.
Add appropriate transitions, overlays, lower thirds, captions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Sync game footage with commentary or VO to ensure clarity and smooth storytelling.
Maintain visual consistency with Deltia’s Gaming brand guidelines.
Incorporate up-to-date graphics, screenshots, and relevant B-roll from trending games and updates.
Work under tight deadlines to ensure content is delivered and published on schedule.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, anchors, and motion designers (if required) for seamless post-production.
Maintain an organized editing workflow and archive footage for future use.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a video editor (gaming content preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent NLE software).
Basic knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of YouTube video structure, pacing, and retention strategies.
Strong passion for gaming – especially MMOs, RPGs, and action RPGs.
Up-to-date with the latest gaming news, patches, and updates from popular titles.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.
Must be available to work the 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift.
