Job description

• Manage and triage emails, calendar events, and meeting reminders for the principal.

• Coordinate and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Update CRM (HubSpot) with lead details, notes, and follow-up tasks.

• Assist with light marketing tasks such as blog formatting, newsletter prep, and online research.

• Track and organize project documents in Google Drive or Buildertrend.

• Prepare client proposals, contracts, and branded documents using templates in PandaDoc.

• Monitor and respond to online inquiries or form submissions.

• Support general admin tasks such as data entry, appointment setting, and follow-ups.
