Job description

This is a remote position.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to law firms, scheduling appointments, and generating interest in their services. You’ll make approximately 100 calls per day, supported by targeted email outreach, to book consultations with potential clients. The lists of leads will be provided to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to law firms to introduce their services and book appointments.
  • Send follow-up emails and manage appointment-setting activities.
  • Effectively communicate their value proposition and identify client pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact through to consultation.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed, accurate records in CRM.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally with some experience in marketing or working with law firms.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Energetic, highly motivated, coachable, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Strong writing skills for effective email communication.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting call quotas and appointment goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling to law firms or a background in marketing.


Benefits
  • Salary: $12/hourly approx $1900 USD/monthly + comissions
