Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Administrator with a strong background in both ERP and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting. 

Responsibilities  

  • Leverage expertise in Workday Financials to optimize system usage with strong understanding of Workday configuration, security, business processes, and reporting. 
  • Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules, ensuring seamless processes and functionality  
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday reporting and analytics tools. 
  • Utilize Workday integration tools and technologies to ensure smooth data flow between systems. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand and address their needs effectively. 
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing business priorities. 

 

 

Qualifications  

  • Familiarity with Accounting and Financial processes, policies, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs. 
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and all levels of management. 
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred. 
  • Experience with Workday configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization preferred. 
  • Knowledge of finance-related compliance requirements and regulations preferred. 
  • Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday preferred. 
  • Master’s degree in a technology-specific field or equivalent job-related experience preferred.
