Job Description
In the role of Implementation Consultant (III) RCM, your job will be to assist new RCM customers in the onboarding and implementation process in various practice management systems within the Ensora Health portfolio.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
The Implementation Consultant (III) RCM will serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of assigned RCM projects. This role will require:
Assist customers onboarding to Ensora Health by walking them through the necessary items needed to outfit the customer with RCM services
Assist customers with ERA and EDI enrollments in the implementation phase and act as the Ensora Health sponsor for customers in implementation
Complete configuration of billing rules and payer set-up for assigned customer accounts during the implementation phase
Review claim submissions for test/initial claims for assigned accounts and work with RCM team to correct and process denied or rejected claims
Answer advanced support questions regarding claims management, payer networks, and practice management software
Lead & drive given Implementation project plan –provide feedback on improvements that can be made based off of customer interaction and experience
Lead & drive customer implementation calls, walking them through the project plan, and following up with expectations
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Collaborate closely with PMS implementation teams and account management staff to ensure seamless experiences for customers as they transition into new service levels and transition out of the implementation phase
Track customer progress through implementation, and carefully record and report both internally and externally, using Monday.com, Salesforce, and Outlook
Report customer status while in implementation – effectively cascading any issues and opportunities to leadership
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree
Deep understanding of behavioral health billing and claim structure
Vast knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management
The ability to analyze and make actionable decisions from data
Possess analytical and technical skills to improve time to value during implementation phases
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellence in both verbal and written communication Ability to listen well and empathize with others
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated problem solving skills with excellence in critical thinking and analytical experience
2+ years of experience in hands-on medical billing, added plus for behavioral health billing experience
3+ years customer service/account management experience Experience in medical billing denial management and claim structure
Prior Project Management experience
Expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with project management tools (i.e. Salesforce)
Proficient computer skills (typing, data entry, general computer and browser usage)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work amongst competing tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:
Understand and navigate Ensora Health products to successfully onboard customers to RCM Monitor trends in key performance indicators of customer implementation success and execute on strategies to improve performance. Utilize strategies to reduce customer churn Cross train with related RCM products and assist teammates as needed. Manage and follow-up on tasks in a timely manner. Assist with projects as necessary to improve Ensora Health's’ procedures and processes Other duties as assigned.
