Job description

Technical Implementation Manager - Spanish/Portuguese Speaking
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Director, Customer Success

Purpose

To ensure smooth onboarding and successful technical setup of the platform for new customers.

Mission & Goals

  • Deliver technical onboarding projects on time and within scope
  • Build a strong foundation for product adoption and customer success
  • Enable long-term retention through quality implementation practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new customers
  • Own the full technical setup and configuration of the platform
  • Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to ensure accurate integrations
  • Troubleshoot setup issues and provide timely resolution
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers for a smooth post-onboarding handoff

Main Tasks

  • Lead kickoff meetings and gather technical requirements (in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese)
  • Configure the platform, including integrations, user permissions, and data flow
  • Test and validate system functionality in collaboration with the client
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure client readiness
  • Transition the account to the ongoing CS team with clear documentation

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, and proficient in English
  • 5-7 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all three languages 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms, data integrations, and SSO
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Confident communicator who can guide clients through technical conversations and training
  • Experience working in customer-facing implementation or onboarding roles
