Sales and Education Advisor


Role Description

As Sales and Education Advisor, you will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support sales and education across the key accounts in your area. You will be responsible for achieving KPIs such as sales targets, education, and managing successful in-store events strategies.

Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, the Sales and Education Advisor will need to build relationships within Pixi, engaging key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class assets and support to drive the business, becoming Pixi’s local expert in your area.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of the ways of working for each customer and their needs and requirements.
  • Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions which meet our joint business objectives.
  • Supporting the business by executing in-store trainings & events.
  • Responsible for correct Merchandising with all new updates to ensure guidelines meet Pixi expectations.
  • Becoming the key link between Pixi’s internal retail/education team and local store team contacts to create POS excellence and drive store level engagement.
  • Prioritising in-store performance issues to make certain that those most directly impacting sales are addressed first.
  • Analysing market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Suggesting new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Suggesting and implementing new training & education needs as necessary for the business.
  • Responsible for correct Merchandising with all new updates to ensure guidelines meet Pixi expectations.
  • Working closely with Marketing / Events team to maximise growth opportunities within our retailers.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure our retailers and Pixi team have all the tools needed to operate successfully. 
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Acting as a great Pixi brand ambassador and always leading by example.
  • Providing weekly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Supporting the overall business where & when required.
