Requirements: Seeking Physical Therapist. Must be currently licensed as a PT in the state of IL. Minimum 1 year previous experience. Prior Home Health experience strongly preferred. CPR required.

Our Home Health employees enjoy flexibility and a competitive hourly rate (which includes travel time in between patients), monthly mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Registry staff are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan!
