We are currently searching for a Remote QA Lead – Web & API Testing:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality delivery.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications and APIs.
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and ensure alignment with requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Promote and implement scriptless automation solutions to optimize testing where applicable.
Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and support backend testing.
Monitor and report on QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in QA, with proven success as a QA Lead or similar role.
Strong expertise in manual testing, especially for web applications and APIs.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Proficiency in SQL for backend testing and data validation.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

Desired:

Familiarity with scriptless automation tools.

Languages:

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
