As a Digital Software Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Contributing to the development of state-of-the-art software technology platforms utilizing Microsoft and cloud technologies for use in the dental and healthcare market globally.
• Being an active member of high-performing software development and systems engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Contributing to cross-functional teams with customers to identify opportunities and integrate with newly emerging technologies across Solventum.
• Collaborating with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with Solventum’s strategic digital roadmap.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET Core platform
• Experience with Microsoft Azure development
• Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar development experience
• Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology including documentation, configuration management, verification and validation, and commercialization
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results-driven, self-motivated, team skills, ability to work independently and with distributed teams
• Experience developing commercial computer systems products, including sophisticated  

Work location:

• Remote United States

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
