Essential Functions:
Develop and implement project plans for the onboarding of new clients/ group accounts
Serve as the clients’ primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the operational and technological components of integration
Demonstrate superior follow-through, assimilate information quickly, and communicate comfortably with their account contacts at all levels of management within an organization.
Follow up with clients, demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines, plan and execute with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, exceptional integrity
Utilize tracking mechanisms to deliver status updates to senior leaders
Utilize pipeline management software to gather information on sales opportunities and marketing requests
Work cross-functionally with internal partners to meet client demands
Take part in regular activities that include navigating and troubleshooting through multiple internal systems, follow-up communication, and escalation resolution.
Tackle new assignments and wear multiple hats, advocating on behalf of partners and Allstate Identity Protection simultaneously
Interact with a wide variety of behavioral and personality styles effectively and make all feel comfortable
Required Education, Skills and Experiences
High School Diploma/ GED
Minimum of two years’ experience in project management or client implementation or operations management
Experience with CRM such as Salesforce or similar
Solid knowledge of process automation, including creating .csv and .txt files
Basic understanding of PGP encryption and SFTP
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Communication Skills: Excellent written, spoken, listening, and critical analysis skills
Presentation Skills: Via web, phone and in person
Self-Starter: Strong problem resolution skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Preferred Education, Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in project management, client implementation, or operations
Prior experience in employee benefits /Voluntary benefits/affinity marketing industry or similar field
Prior experience implementing projects in B2B2C space

Note: The AIP base salary offered is between $90 and $100K with additional annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary (please ignore the compensation range shared below as it encompasses related Allstate job families)

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
