We help yacht owners and captains manage complex refits, streamline operations, and build exceptional teams.

We’re growing our recruitment/headhunting division, and we’re looking for someone sharp to grow it with us.

Tasks

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and independent—someone who gets excited about meeting new people, creating opportunities, and matching the right person to the right job.

You’ll be helping us:

Do smart outreach and open new doors for the business.

Find and represent great candidates in the industry (even if they’re not looking for a new job).

Help clients build committed, long-term teams.

Requirements

Someone currently working onboard (Head of Department desired).
