We are Vortx. A young boutique consultancy and project management company in the yachting industry.


We help yacht owners and captains manage complex refits, streamline operations, and build exceptional teams.


We’re growing our recruitment/headhunting division, and we’re looking for someone sharp to grow it with us.


Tasks

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and independent—someone who gets excited about meeting new people, creating opportunities, and matching the right person to the right job.


You’ll be helping us:



  • Do smart outreach and open new doors for the business.

  • Find and represent great candidates in the industry (even if they’re not looking for a new job).

  • Help clients build committed, long-term teams.

  • Build relationships, not just fill jobs.


You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have our tools, platforms, and support—but you’ll also have space to make this your own.


Requirements

  • Someone currently working onboard (Head of Department desired).

  • Someone who’s already involved in hiring or team building onboard.

  • Someone who’s ready to explore something new, on the side, with freedom.

  • A people person. Organised. Self-driven. Fun to work with.
