Patient Financial Servives Representative - Orthodontics

SummaryThe Patient Financial Services Representative is responsible for customer service and chart auditing for othodontic revunue cycle.

Range Pay Range $18.50-$24.00/hour (Based on experience)

This is remote position and we are seeking candidates who reside in Pacific and Mountain time zones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide orthodontic revenue cycle customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Complete chart auditing
  • Reach out to patients and other parties involved regarding declined credit card payments via email, text, and phone


Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in dental or orthodontics
  • Has an understanding of reading ledgers with debits and credits
  • Has knowledge of Basic Excel
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
