Range Pay Range $18.50-$24.00/hour (Based on experience)

Provide orthodontic revenue cycle customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Complete chart auditing
Reach out to patients and other parties involved regarding declined credit card payments via email, text, and phone
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience working in dental or orthodontics
Has an understanding of reading ledgers with debits and credits
Has knowledge of Basic Excel
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
