Join our team at Infios as a Vice President People & Culture!

You will drive the People & Culture agenda, provide expert guidance on policies, projects, and change management while using data insights to enhance engagement and performance. Additionally, you will manage high-risk employee relations and strengthen executive partnerships.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Partner with the leader of the Customer Experience organization to implement structures, key hires, location strategies, workforce planning, engagement plans and other people initiatives to support the growth and performance of the function.

  • Advise senior executives on People & Culture matters.

  • Develop and lead a People & Culture agenda aligned with organizational goals.
     Support the roll out of frameworks for talent management, development, compensation, diversity, and retention.

  • Analyze People & Culture data to identify opportunities for engagement and performance improvement.

  • Act as the escalation point for high-risk employee relations cases and maintain executive partnerships.

What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Experience in the software industry and/or professional services highly desired including global talent sourcing strategies.

  • 10-15 years of People & Culture experience, including 3-6 years in global leadership.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement impactful People & Culture strategies to drive business results.

  • Experience with large scale change and growth environments.

  • Understanding of US and European labor laws.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
