About the Role
We’re supporting a mid-sized Tech company in the search for a strategic and experienced Head of SaaS Transformation. Reporting directly to the CTO, this leadership role is focused on scaling operational excellence across the organization. You will oversee the teams responsible for manual execution work, drive quality and efficiency, and build systems to support sustainable growth.

This is a key position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has a passion for process optimization, and knows how to lead high-performing teams with a balance of strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a growing operations team, including people managers

  • Optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and introduce automation where possible

  • Oversee quality control and ensure consistent, high-standard execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

  • Design and implement scalable operational strategies to support company growth

  • Maintain operational stability and proactively identify risks or gaps

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs related to operational performance and customer satisfaction

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in operations within SaaS or tech-enabled service environments

  • A process-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing workflows

  • Strong data orientation — confident using metrics to inform decisions

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a bias for action

  • Familiarity with SaaS tools, automation platforms, and operational systems

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
