Job description

We’re looking for a freelance Visual & Motion Designer to support our marketing team on an ongoing basis. You’ll help us bring ideas to life visually—working with pre-defined assets, templates, and animations to deliver high-quality creative work across different channels.

What you’ll do:
  • Create and adapt GIFs and simple animations for marketing presentations and campaigns.
  • Prototype mockups and prepare visual presentations based on existing Figma files.
  • Design LinkedIn and newsletter assets, using existing templates and repurposing blog visuals.
  • Update and translate web assets (icons, covers, thumbnails…) using our latest visual guidelines.
  • Edit use case videos: starting from pre-existing After Effects animations, add voiceovers, sync captions, and finalize them for publishing.
  • Support with marketing presentations: update slides, apply templates, insert new visuals or logos as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Skilled in After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools for animation and video editing.
  • Comfortable working within an established visual system.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Good communicator, able to collaborate with content and marketing teams.
  • Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Availability:
  • 15–20 hours per week, ideally on a monthly retainer.
  • Remote work with flexible hours, but availability for regular feedback and handoffs is expected.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with marketing teams in SaaS or startup environments.
  • Ability to work with systems already in place (templates, design components, documented workflows).
  • Experience designing corporate brand assets and templates, such as slides, Word documents, and branded decks—what today represents the company’s visual stationery across channels.

Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable adapting to weekly marketing priorities.
