Job description

Rockstar is recruiting for a rapidly growing company in the healthcare sector. This client collaborates with leading healthcare companies backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla, Index Ventures, Accel, and others. They currently serve over 2 million patient lives and manage an annual $10+ billion in medical spend. Their clients include Rise Science, Lumeris, Scan.com, Apos, Eureka, and Mightier, among others. The team is regularly doubling in size.


About the role

The Permit business is expanding swiftly, and an individual is sought to join the leadership team to achieve the next 10x of scale. Responsibilities include:

- Leading key aspects of operations, overseeing workflows across Partnerships and Client Success teams.

- Owning important cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority, working closely with the CEO and other leadership team members to scale the business.

- Managing relationships with some of the largest clients, serving as the main point of contact throughout their onboarding and being responsible for their overall experience.

- Building rigorous systems to enhance effectiveness and reach the next 10x of scale.

- Proactively removing obstacles and mentoring teammates to support their growth and enable their impact.

- Hiring and onboarding new teammates across Ops as the company rapidly grows, including mentoring, coaching, and developing leaders from the strong existing Ops organization.

- Inspiring the team with leadership, drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution.


About you

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
