Job Role: Paid Ads Specialist (004 -00169)

Work Schedule: 40 hrs / week (Australian Timezone, YES!, that means day shift here in the Philippines!)

Salary: 1500 - 1,800 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a highly strategic and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment and has a passion for driving conversions and maximizing ROI.

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll work directly with the founder and take charge of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other key platforms. Your ability to execute high-performing campaigns and use data-driven strategies to improve results will be essential in supporting service businesses, e-commerce brands, and SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market, keyword, and audience research to inform targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and content direction to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Build and manage detailed performance reports and dashboards for both internal and client-facing use.
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly in regular client updates.
  • Manage media budgets across multiple platforms with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Work closely with strategy and design teams to ensure ads align with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and strategy-driven ad management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with senior leadership and clients.
  • Experience with A/B testing ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager).
  • Experience managing media budgets and ensuring ROI on ad spend.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for ad creatives is a plus.
