About the Role

What you will be doing:

  • Take charge of key accounts by developing and executing strategic plans that align with client goals, ensuring their ongoing success with our offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Act as the go-to person for all matters related to your accounts—whether it’s navigating complex negotiations or providing insights on our product innovations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to your accounts.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, always focusing on delivering unparalleled value.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management to showcase progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Proven track record of sales and customer service experience in the construction industry.
  • Applications knowledge and experience including an understanding of construction machine mechanics is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
  • A background in the construction or heavy machinery industry
  • Ability to travel regularly around the UK
