Flutter Developer

We are seeking a result-oriented and quality-focused Flutter/Dart Developer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge mobile application development for the Norwegian market. Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart in a production environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with state management solutions such as MobX, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar.
• Solid experience in Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures and GraphQL for mobile applications.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative on technical and product improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., MobX, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
• Collaborate with BFF developers to design and implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and queries.
• Ensure efficient, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with project requirements.
• Take full ownership of your work — from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and other delivery teams in English.
